We aim to cater for the needs of all our guests in our home based 4 bedroom bed and breakfast guesthouse. The following statement is a summary of our provision. If you have any specific questions please feel free to call us and we will endeavor to help:

Tariff
Rates are per person, per night, and include breakfast*. Discounts for extended stays may be available, so please call or use the reservations form to confirm total costs for your planned stay.
High season: 1st May - 31 Oct

Weekly rates available on request.

Winter discounts available for any two or more nights Sunday to Thursday.

We also offer rates for full occupancy. Booking details available on request.


Cancellation policy

Please note that once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit paid is non refundable. If you need to cancel your booking you are required to give 10 days notice before your booking date. In the event of a cancellation after this time, or failure to take up the booking, you will be liable for the total amount of the accommodation booked.


*Prices may be subject to change without notice. It is recommended that you confirm the charges for accomodation when you make your reservation.
